Intel recruits TSMC to make Atom CPUs
Intel seem unable to keep up with the demand for there highly successful Atom CPU. It has become the bread and butter of netbooks processing power.
TSMC is already employed by major like AMD, Nvidia and VIA to make chips, it is not often you see Intel, who pride themselves on its own fabrication plants to make its chips and keep control over the whole process, using a third party chip fabricator.
Hopefully this will let us see some innovation in the market, with some different variations on the brillent technology Intel has created. Intel are definatly leading the market in almost all sectors.
AMD need to get there skates on, as they have some catching up to do!
